Our Facilities

J.S. Dill Auctions, Inc. maintains its offices and auction gallery at the Company-owned facility in Zelienople, PA.  It was located there purposefully due to its proximity to Pittsburgh (21 miles) and to Interstate 79 North and South and Interstate 80 East and West.  It is also just off of Route 8, Route 19 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
 
Our building has been redesigned for customer comfort and safety on all levels.  It is large and accommodating with areas provided for live auctions, preview corridors, comfortable rest facilities, ample off-street parking and central air-conditioning during those hot summer months.

From Pittsburgh – Interstate 79 North to Zelienople, PA exit, Right 1.2 miles to our location on Right.  We are directly across from MHF Trucking Co.
 
From Butler – Route 68 West through Evans City, 2.5 miles to our driveway on Left.  We are directly across from MHF Trucking Co.
 
From Ohio:  PA Turnpike to Cranberry exit, to North on Interstate 79 to Zelienople exit, Right 1.2 miles to our location on Right.  We are directly across from MHF Trucking.
 
From Route 8 – West on Route 228 to Right onto Mars Evans City Road to Evans City.  Left onto Route 68 1.4 miles to our location on Left.  We are directly across from MHF Trucking Co.
 
From all points North of Zelienople, Interstate 79 South to Zelienople exit, Right to Route 19, Left onto Route 19 South to first traffic light.  Left onto Route 68 East toward Butler 2.5 miles to our location on Right.  We are directly across from MHF Trucking Co.
